We believe everyone should have access to quality dental care, dispensed by people that are passionate about your results and the experience you have at our facility. We also try to convey this in our website, and our commitment to respect visitor privacy.
What data is collected? And why?
Contact forms
Information sent over contact forms is used solely for the purpose of responding to appointments, or questions submitted by website visitors. All information submitted through our contact forms is encrypted & secured over SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The data is also annually purged. We do not build any mailing lists, nor do we resell any data submitted via contact forms, or any other alternate means of collection. We wish only to provide our beloved community abroad, the convenience of our specialized services and treatments.
Employment Applications
Located on our website you will find a Careers section which allows visitors to apply for the currently available position(s) listed on the website. It collects information through the contact form, including file attachments which are likely to contain personal and private data of the applicant.
Lifecycle of Uploaded Data and Applicant Data:
Uploaded data is encrypted the moment it reaches the web server, including any of the supported file attachment types. In an effort to remain transparent as possible, while minimizing the risk of data-theft, data is promptly deleted from the website after it is sent to the designated internal company email address. After an SMTP receipt confirmation (250 OK server response), the files are purged from the server. Applicant data typed into the form is also wiped on a weekly basis via scheduled and automated Linux cron commands, which upon execution, will indiscriminately wipe all traces of patient or applicant data within the website’s database tables. This data is only sent internally to management and there is no trace of it on the website after said operations have completed.
Reviews
We display information from Google Business Profile API (Google Business Reviews) without any modification. This data contains review ratings and comment left on the Google Business platform exclusively based on their experience with the services & treatment rendered.
Cookies
The “cookies” found on Dental Dreams are definitely not the kind that cause cavities. These are for your convenience. These cookies will last for one year and only store generic data. We use cookies for employees as well for secure login.
Visiting our login page will activate a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When employees log in, we also set up several cookies to save the login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If an employee logs out of their account, the login cookies will be removed.
